How to Order/Purchase:

Individuals, schools, and community bands can purchase Lifelong sheet music via PayPal (PayPal accepts credit cards & you're not required to have a PayPal account to use a credit card), email request, telephone, fax, or electronic purchase order. 

Shipping and Handling - Canada 

Orders are shipped via Canada Post (Regular Parcel - up to 9 days including weekends). Let us know if you need an item sooner to calculate accurate cost. Shipping charges for online purchases are set at a flat rate according to total purchase amount when purchasing via PayPal. For purchases made via e-transfer, shipping cost can be calculated by size, weight, packaging, and destination more precisely. Please contact via email for information.

Flat rate shipping is as follows:

$8.50 shipping charge for orders between $0.01 - $25.00

$9.50 between $25.01 - $40.00

$12.50 between $40.01 - $49.99   

$21.50 between $50.00 - $100.00  (due to size & weight of band sets)

$25.00 from $100.01 and up 

Purchasers of PDF versions online will see default shipping charges on their receipt which will be refunded usually within 24 hours once payment has been received. Please specify your preference for PDF copies prior to payment via email. Information will be forwarded upon receipt of your email correspondence.

Shipping and Handling - USA and International

*** If outside Canada, please send an e-mail list of items you wish purchase with name/address/country/postal code to learn the exact shipping cost of your order from Canada.

International Orders

Contact [email protected] to request digital pdf print music and/or shipping rates to your country.

Please provide your order items, address, city, country, postal/zip code, and telephone number (with extension no.) for exact shipping cost options.

Payment Terms:

Payment can be made via PayPal, or with a Credit Card by selecting "Don't have a PayPal account?" on the Checkout page.

Schools/school board orders made via other means than online PayPal or credit card purchases are invoiced with net 30-day payment term for orders. School Boards generally send purchase orders electronically via email, or via fax/mail. HST is applied only to shipping cost for Canadian school boards. 

Individual orders can be made by contacting [email protected] or via telephone or fax. HST is paid only as part of the shipping cost for all orders inside and outside Canada, not for product.

Pricing Policy:

Prices are subject to change without notice in the event of increased printing/other production costs.

Returns and Exchanges

Music is not returnable. Print music sales are deemed a final sale. See 'Music On Approval Policy' for more details.
